Managed Service Providers Features “Ask The Expert” in Five Service Categories
Phoenix, Arizona – September 9, 2009 MSP’s launched their first issue of the magazine appropriately titled: ManagedServiceProviders.biz focused on various areas of managed services. Of the several featured sections to comprise the first editions of the online magazine, is “Ask the Expert”. Hosting as an expert from one of five categories of managed services that include: Managed IT, Telecommunications, Offsite Data Storage, Call Center Services and one rather unique category, SEO & Web Marketing, is Darren Prine, a call center specialist for Northwinds Contact Solutions. “This is a really great opportunity for me to be able to talk about the growing trends of virtual call centers.
